From I-95 North/South:
Take exit 2D towards Miami Beach. Merge onto I-395 E. Continue onto the Florida A1AN. Follow as if you were going to the Children’s Museum and follow signs towards Jungle Island. As you approach Jungle Island on your left, continue past it until the stop sign in front of the Miami Outboard Club and make a left. Follow that road to the Miami Yacht Club at the end and arrive at 1001 McArthur Causeway (Miami Yacht Club).
From Miami International Airport:
Head south onto ramp. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto the NW 21st St. ramp. Take ramp to the right. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for FL-953 S/FL-836/Le Jeune Rd/Coral Gables. Merge onto FL-953 S/Le Jeune Rd via the ramp on the left to FL-836 W. Merge onto FL-836 E via the ramp to Downtown. Continue onto I-395 E. Continue onto the Florida A1AN. Follow as if you were going to the Children’s Museum and follow signs towards Jungle Island. As you approach Jungle Island on your left, continue past it until the stop sign in front of the Miami Outboard Club and make a left. Follow that road to the Miami Yacht Club at the end and arrive at 1001 Macarthur Causeway (Miami Yacht Club).
From South Beach:
Head east on Lincoln Road toward Collins Ave/State A1A N. Take the 1st right onto Collins Ave./State A1A S. Turn right at Florida A1A S/5th St./State A1A S. Follow as if you were going to the Children’s Museum and follow signs towards Jungle Island. As you approach Jungle Island on your left, continue past it until the stop sign in front of the Miami Outboard Club and make a left. Follow that road to the Miami Yacht Club at the end and arrive at 1001 Macarthur Causeway (Miami Yacht Club).

10:00 AM – 5k 18 and under (Male)
10:02 AM – 5k 18 and under (Female)
10:04 AM – 5k 19 and over (Male)
10:06 AM – 5k 19 and over (Female)
10:10 AM – Special Olympics 1 Mile (All)
10:15 AM – Miami Mile 18 and under (Male)
10:17 AM – Miami Mile 18 and under (Female)
10:19 AM – Miami Mile 19 and over (Male)
10:21 AM – Miami Mile 19 and over (Female)
Awards will be going on simultaneously as events finish.
Time Limits: The 10K Swim: 4 hours
The 5K Swim: 2 hours
The Miami Mile: 1 hour
The 800M Swim: 30 minutes
Meet Referee may allow swimmers to finish race after allotted time limit if swimmer and safety officials are capable of escorting the swimmer to a safe and secure finish.
Proceeds benefit the H2Os Foundation.

Wetsuits: Wetsuits are allowed but only if you marked it on your registration.
Water Temperature: 81-82 degrees (F)
Safety: Current World Open Water Swimming Association (WOWSA) rules will govern this meet. Water Entry: This event will employ an in-water start and beach finish. All entries will be feet first and controlled by the safety officer. There are no racing dives permitted.
Hydration Station: There will be a hydration station available with electrolytes and water. You may bring your own hydration but you will need to have a man on the dock to hand to you.
Food: Dinner will be available Saturday night for $15 (Beginning at 5 PM)
Apparel: Will be available for purchase Saturday and Sunday, including official towels.
Lockers: Will be available on Sunday for $2.
Book Signing (Saturday) – Lee Williams will be participating in a book signing for his work, The Lifeguard Murders: A South Beach Story. The whimsical suspense novel depicts the lives of a real-life band of joggers led by local legend and world-famous streak runner Robert Raven Kraft.
Day of registration will be available for $100 provided the event isn’t sold out.
Admission: Free to General Public.
Concessions: Concession stand will be available provided by the Miami Yacht Club.
