Pre-Event Requirements
Check-in will take place only on Sunday, April 6th, starting 1.5 hours before each race. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth start.
Race changes are permitted up to one week before the event. After that, a $15 change fee will apply. If you registered with a discount and wish to switch distances, you’ll also need to pay the difference in race fees.

- 6:30 AM – Check-in Opens
- 8:00 AM – 800-Meter Swim Start
- 8:15 AM – 10K Swim Start
- 9:45 AM – 5K Swim Start
- 10:30 AM – Miami Mile Start
- 11:00 AM – K-9 Krawl Championship Start
- 12:45 PM – Course Closes Completely
